ok,so....i have been thinking about what i can call this 30 days giving thing and as corney as it sounds i am going to be calling it the " 30 day live to give challenge",im not crazy about the word challenge but as a busy momma, i dont have time to be looking up all the different names i could call it!:)
is there something that someone has done for you that really blessed you? if so, i would like to know about it! big or small...if its something i think a lot of people could do, i may include it in my "live to give challenge"! for example, as little as this may sound....one day of the challenge is going to be ,when you go thru starbucks,dunkin donuts or anywhere to get your morning cup of coffee, to purchase the persons behind you! its just something little but wouldnt it be fun to go through the drive thru and the cashier say "the person in front of you bought your coffee and said to have a good day!" just little things like that can brighten someones day and then the next day they might do that same thing for someone else!!!its all about simply giving a little thought in the day about someone else! either facebook me or comment below suggestions!
i want to start posting if you know of a family in need,someone needs a job,or really anything that would help someone out! i hope to get enough people to read this that if someone is in need, that we can help them!
p.s also if you could start posting this or getting other people to follow once our "30 day live to give challenge" starts,that would be awesome! just more people to be a blessing and to SIMPLY GIVE to others!!!!
Wow Alivia, this is great! I love it! Reminds me of Joyce Meyer's Love Revolution book -- she talks about doing these small acts of love too and its wonderful! What a great and radical way to live - to be a blessing to others! I try to do something nice for someone every day - like giving a sincere compliment, or giving someone a coupon in the store if they don't have one... there are little things we can do every day to make a difference and its awesome to see that you started a blog with just this in mind! I love it! Keep up the great work and I can't wait to read more! :)
