warther cutlery of dover ohio is donating a 5' serrated tomato knife to the simply give auction! the warther family has been handcrafting kitchen knives since 1902! they are in their third and fourth generation of knife making! everything is 100% american made! i personally have a set of these knives and they are amazing and so sharp (i seriously almost cut my thumb off, haha, well, it wasn't funny at the time)! Warther knives have been made for many famous people including: Ronald Reagan, Frank Lloyd Wright, Gerald Ford, Nelson Mandela, George Bush Sr., George W. Bush Jr., Perry Como, George (Senator) and Janet Voinovich, Ted (Governor) and Frances Strickland, and Condoleezza Rice (Secretary of State). so, if you have a bunch of dull knives that can hardly cut a apple, bid on this and try it out! i know you will love it!!!

meet the fam:

 mark is  a wonderful loving husband to a beautiful wife and two adorable twin boys! his passion for the Lord is undeniable! karla is  a wonderful loving wife and mother to a great hubby and their boys! she is presently a stay at home mom and has her hands full with the two little guys who just turned 5! samuel and micheal are active, as are any 5 years olds and keep karla hopping in between holding down the fort,taking care and visiting mark at a rehab facility. recently an extended stay at the hospital has prevented mark from working the past month and a half! mark is on the road to recovery presently! their faith in God and positive attitude has sped up the healing process! while they do have many family and friends supporting them,they are still in need for more support! if you are not in the position presently to help with finances, your love and prayers will mean more than you know!

SIMPLY GIVE is going to be holding a silent auction online next month but i need YOU to SIMPLY GIVE a little something to make this possible!

 there is a family that is in immediate need for finances and i wanted to do something for them! while they are getting support from other places, i would like to raise enough money that they wont have to think about where the money is coming from for next month's bills! this is for a family of four...the husband has had an extended hospital stay that has prevented him from working for the past month and a half, the wife is presently a stay at home mom and spends a lot of time with him and their adorable twin boys. i will post more info about the family on my next post!

i will be posting some awesome baskets that  will be up for auction....

what kind of baskets will there be? well, that's up to you....do you run your own home based business? pampered chef? Mary Kay? thirty one? premier? arbone? do make jewelry? make cute accessories? are you a hair dresser? manicurist? are you an artist? do you manage a restaurant?or do you just make the best chocolate chip cookies ever? are you creative and have the knack for scrap booking and could pre-make a scrap book that someone could just pop the pics into? do you do photography and want to donate a photo session? do you work at a car dealership and could get car washes and oil changes?or do you just have some cold hard cash sitting around and would like to be a blessing to someone by making up a theme basket...maybe a beach basket with some cute little beach towels and sunscreen...maybe a movie basket?  if you feel like you would want to help and don't want to put a basket together ,anything you donate will be appreciated!
